I am very pleased w/Ramsey Nissan. Have a 2010 Murano LE. Had an honest salesman and the follow-up regular maintenance rep (Jennifer) is excellent, forthright and provides detailed info/communication. Alan is also an excellent svc rep. Their express lube/wait-for-it is very timely. I am diligent in bringing my car in according to the warranty book/guidelines every 3 months, so maybe that is why no problems. But even on regular maintenance/tune-ups they have not tried to gouge me or hose me once and ‘find’ things wrong. So I have nothing but great things to say about them. Extremely satisfied and would highly recommend !!!

I had an excellent experience at Ramsey Nissan while having my 2011 Rogue serviced. Work was done on a timely basis and ahead of the estimated 3 hour estimate I was given. I also received a loner vehicle that was clean and the heat on when I got into the vehicle.
The Service Advisor, Alan, was excellent. In addition to explaining all the work that was going to be done he asked if I had any concerns about my vehicle. I informed him of premature wear on the passenger front seat cover. After the car was serviced, Alan took photos of the wear and tear on the seat and said he would work with his Service Manager and Nissan for a solution. Due to Alan’s work and commitment to me ,the customer, Nissan has agreed to install a new seat cover at no charge under warranty. So all in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

I have been coming to this dealership for service and maintenance for a few years now, and have always had a positive experience. The staff are always very courteous and helpful (Alan and Jennifer for sure) and, even when I have had a couple of intermittent or nagging issues, the technicians have always been diligent and concerned with getting things right. I have always felt like the people I have dealt with at Ramsey Nissan go above and beyond to keep me happy and to keep my business.
The start of my service was rocky but ended up being fine and everyone was helpful. I was happy to have been accommodated by your team bringing my car back to me because I have 2 young children. It would be great if this was offered upfront.
Ramsey Nissan service is awesome. These guys always make you feel very special; they work as a team and never individually… When the one person is not there, the others always step in and take care of you. Alan, Jen, you guys are amazing. The rest of the team is also…Bring the car in for warranty service, they give it back before the promise date and they clean it and make it look new. Thank you!

My 30K mile service was a surprisingly positive experience. Alan, my service advisor kept me informed of progress (I waited for it to be done) and the customer waiting area was clean and comfortable. I’d recommend this dealership on the basis of quality customer service alone.
Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. They gave me a loaner car which was great. My car was finished before they told me it would be which was also very nice.No complaints!
I called Diana Newman, owner loyalty manager on March 7, because I saw smoke coming from under my hood. Not only was she able to get me an appointment the very next day, but she was also able to secure a loaner car for me. The service rep, Alan Galinko listened closely to everything I told him and continuously kept me up to date on what their findings were.

My experience at Ramsey Nissan was great! The customer service at the front desk impressed me. Andrew Waddell was the first person I dealt with & he was extremely helpful. He introduced me to Erik Slotnick, my salesperson. Erik was very friendly, courteous & I did not feel “pressured” to purchase a car. I purchaed a used 2006 Altima & had a problem with the car after a couple of weeks. I phoned Andrew Waddell who spoke to the service dept. & they handled the repair without a problem & quickly. Andrew also followed up with courtesy calls to see if I was satisfied with the service & repair. My experience with the service department could not be better. I dealt with Alan Galinko who was extremely helpful & very informative about how the repair was done. He gave me answers to my questions about some features on the car that I did not know about. My overall experience with this dealership was excellent. I have been buying cars for many years now, and this experience has been one of the best. Previous to my purchase, I did a lot of price comparison beforehand. The price of the car was comparable, but i felt it could have been less, since I did find two problems with the car. One which neither I nor the salesman noticed until after the purchase was completed.
