My husband and I were in the market for a certified pre-owned Nissan Maxima or Altima. We wasted more than 6 hours at another dealer over 2 days before we visited Ramsey Nissan. Jorge knew exactly where the cars were on the lot, the keys were found promptly, and Jorge was able to answer all of my questions. Jorge did not pressure the sale or make me feel rushed. I was able to put the car on a lift to inspect the undercarriage and took note of all the minor paint damage I pointed out. Jorge and the manager really worked a great deal for me to take home my beautiful Nissan Maxima. They even included some bodywork to make it almost feel like a new car. Over the years I’ve purchased or leased many cars from many dealerships in NY and NJ. I’ve had both good and bad experiences with car salesman, as well. But never have I met a salesman like Jorge Prado, a sales consultant from Ramsey Auto Group. For being such a young man and newbie car salesman Jorge not only had the knowledge of the full Nissan car lineup to speak to me intelligently about cars but also had both the patience and the demeaner that was refreshing and welcomed. Jorge presented lease and payment options in a very straightforward way that made my decision very easy to make when it was time to make a deal. So much so that I purchased 2 new vehicles in 5 days from him and the Ramsey Auto Group..

More salesman should take queues from Jorge if they really want to sell cars! Fantastic customer service skills!

My visit at Ramsey Nissan was a great experience. I was in need of a car desperately but was not settling for anything less then what I could afford. I went to many dealerships in the North Jersey area yet Ramsey Nissan is made me feel the most comfortable. I started looking for a new car back in March knowing my twins were turning 17 in June. I visited Dodge, Ford, Honda, Infiniti, Mazda, Nissan, Subaru, Volkswagen, and Volvo dealers all over Northern NJ.

Last year I went to the Ramsay Nissan. I had the pleasure of having Jorge Prada as my sales consultant. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also took me for a test drive and explained very well everything I needed to know about the car. It turned out that at the time I was not ready to buy a car. My experience with Jorge Prada was so positive last year that I decided to go back this year and purchase a new car. Jorge, I truly appreciate the excellent job/customer service last year!!!

Finally a few weeks ago I decided to buy a 2012 Rogue. This time, Murph and Mae helped me. They truly took well care of me. My experience with them was amazing!!Stress free, they weren’t pushy at all, and gave the best deal. They answered all the questions I had and made me feel very comfortable.
