My family and I had an extremely postive overall experience at Nissan – Upper Saddle River thanks to Mae Naber.
My parents have been long time customers of Nissan and their third Nissan Murano Lease was up; and they wanted a new Murano but were keeping their options open to other Car Manufacturers. Once they met Mae Naber, and received the attention and service deserved, they knew they would buy another Murano; but this time as Mae as the Sales Rep.
As an example of true customer service, there was a slight issue with the paperwork and Mae drove all the way to my parents house on Staten Island so my father can sign off on the slight pricing error. That alone is a good example of the great service received, and because of that, my family will continue to buy Nissan Vehicles through Mae Naber. She epitomizes what all Dealer Sales Rep should be when individuals are searching for their next car.

We were in the market to get ourselves into a new/newer vehicle for a while. We had just recently bought a new car their about six months back, and we had a wonderful experience. So we decided to give them first crack at our business. We got to the dealership nice and early on a Saturday morning. We were looking around the lot at the “pre-owned” stuff. Their stock at the time (about 8 days ago) was solid. Angelo came out and greeted us, and we ended up test driving a 2010 Murano. During the test drive, Angelo was very informative about the vehicle, giving thourogh explanations about all the features. Unfortionatley, the Morano didn’t pan out. We then talked about the 2013 Altima. Angelo took us out on a test drive, and again, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Origianlly we wanted to purchase the vehicle, but Angelo had said that leasing is another option. We have never leased before, so we peppered Angelo with many questions. He was happy to answer all of them with confidence. We ended up leasing the Altima. It was another great buying/leasing experience at Ramsey Nissan.

I went to Ramsey Nissan on the recommendation of a friend. The staff was very attentive and they asked Dwayne to help me shortly after I arrived. Dwayne was very knowledgeable and made the experience easy. I was very nervous going into the dealership (it was my first time buying a car) because I had heard so many horror stories about car salesmen. Dwayne made me feel very comfortable, both during the financial conversation and test drive. The finance department worked with me to reach the monthly payment I wanted and the service department had the car all ready to go by the time I was done. I had such a wonderful experience I highly recommend anyone looking for a Nissan to go see Dwayne!!

The sales representatives at Ramsey Nissan were extremely professional and cordial. Even with our two toddlers, my wife and I never felt ignored by the team at Ramsey, who accommodated us like family. Dwayne Jones, our sales consultant, was beyond exceptional. He always had a smile on his face when interacting with us and those around him. Dwayne listened and considered our needs as customers. As a result, he made our first leasing experience (from greeting us at the at the door, to the test drive, and paperwork) a seemless and painless process.

Courteous and did not waste my time. Worked with me to get the car I was interested in. They made it a speedy process. I recommend visiting them if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.

I knew that our experience would be a good one just by speaking to staff member Dee, her phone etiquette was very professional and by the time the call ended we knew this was the dealership we wanted to deal with. In addition, to Dee the salesman Dwayne Jones was outstanding. All that we was looking for in a vehicle he understood and made it his business that we did not leave their dealership unsatisfied, and we was not because we purchased the right type of vehicle that served our purpose and with in our means. We would recommend all our friends that is interested to go to Nissan Ramsey and ask for Dwayne Jones, because he has all the good qualities a salesman can have and then some. This was the best experience we had so far in purchasing a car.

Both Sales and Service at Ramsey Nissan are outstanding. The sales staff is extremely knowledgeable and provide great follow-up with the customer. The service employees certainly know their “stuff” and go out of their way to accommodate your requests and give you a feeling of confidence about their abilities to service your vehicle. All in all, a great dealership. I’ve been driving Nissan’s since 1994 and have purchased the last two at Ramsey Nissan and will purchase my next one there as well. I’ve recommended this dealership to several people and will keep doing so.

My overall experience was great. I purchased a used car, which was promptly and cleanly brought to the front of the building for a test drive. During the decision process I did not feel pressured, and Sammy was very helpful, informative, and most importantly NOT pushy.

I have been searching for over a year for a used white Nismo. Ramsey Nissan received a black Nismo recently so I decided to take a look. The car was amazing just one problem it wasn’t white. Angelo approached me after having time to browse.. I mentioned to Angelo that I was willing to purchase but wanted a pearl white one. I told him the dealerships that had one. Angelo was able to work out the deal. He used his day off to go and retrieve the nismo from the Bronx in NY.
I went to take a peek at the car that night. I searched all over and found her safe and secure in the mechanics building. The gentlemen there allowed me behind the walls for an unbelievable moment. OMG! Angelo you were a terrific salesmen. You actually felt like a good friend of mine. Angelo deserves a lot more credit then can be put into words.
