Whether you look at the interior or the exterior, you’ll notice a difference when looking at the 2017 Nissan Versa Note at our Bergen County NJ dealership location. That’s because this model year has received some sleek yet functional design updates!
The Versa Note now gives you a similar appearance to popular models like the Maxima, Sentra and Altima that have also received redesigns over the past couple of years. With that being said, let’s take a look at what’s new for the 2017 edition of this hot hatchback.
2017 Nissan Versa Note Exterior
The most significant changes for the Versa Note can be found on the exterior. For starters, the front end has gotten several revamps including an updated front fascia & “V-Motion” grille that both blend seamlessly with the new swept-back halogen headlights for a more sporty look
Speaking of sporty, the rear fascia that used to only be available on the SR trim now gets moved to every other model in the Versa Note lineup: S Plus, SV & SL. That means a more fun look as you open the hatch to load up to up to 38.3 cubic feet of cargo when the rear seats are folded down, more than competitors like the Honda Fit, Chevy Sonic and Ford Fiesta.
Finally, there’s a revised wheel cover design for S Plus & SV grades and a new 16” aluminum-alloy wheel design for the SL trim, along with new Monarch Orange & Deep Blue Pearl color options.
2017 Nissan Versa Note Interior
We know that convenience is important when choosing a new car. That’s why Nissan made several customer input-driven changes in the Versa Note. One of them is the use of larger cupholders, which can be found up front in the center console or in the rear’s center console or center armrest.
Other changes come with the relocation of the 12-volt power and USB port outlets in the center console, which move up to the front of it to make your devices more accessible as you’re driving down the road. For charging capability for even more devices, there’s a 2nd 12-volt outlet added to the SV, SR and SL trims.
These differences help make the Versa Note give you more for your money, as does the EPA-estimated 39 mpg highway fuel economy and the use of sought-after features including Bluetooth for hands-free calling & streaming audio, Divide-N-Hide® adjustable floor for versatile cargo stowing and NissanConnect with a 5.8” touchscreen to show Navigation & Mobile Apps info.
